- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

- After the minimum term, subscriptions continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled
5.3 Consumer Cooling-Off Rights (14 Days)
If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of receiving your first delivery.
To cancel, you must notify us within this period using our contact details.
5.4 Early Fulfilment
By placing an order, you request that we begin processing and dispatching your order immediately.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period after dispatch or delivery:
- You must return any goods received; or
- If goods are not returned, we may charge or deduct their retail value
We may also deduct a proportionate amount for any services already provided where permitted by law.
5.5 Promotional Items & Complimentary Goods
Promotional items (including free or complimentary products) are conditional on completion of the minimum subscription term.
If you cancel within 14 days:
- Promotional items must be returned unused; or
- If not returned, we reserve the right to charge the full retail value
We may withhold refunds until such items are returned.
5.6 Cancellation After 14 Days
After the 14-day cooling-off period:
- You remain committed to the minimum subscription term
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of that term
- No refunds will be issued for fulfilled orders
5.7 Billing & Dispatch
Subscriptions are billed in advance.
If cancellation is requested after billing or within 48 hours of dispatch:
- The order may still be processed
- That order will be chargeable and non-refundable
5.8 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for managing your subscription and submitting cancellation requests in sufficient time.
Cancellation can be made via your account or by contacting us.
5.9 Abuse of Offers
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe a customer is attempting to exploit promotional offers, including cancelling within the cooling-off period to obtain goods without intent to continue the subscription.
